We currently ship across India.
2. Shipping Charges & Delivery Options
Standard Shipping
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Within Kerala: 3–5 Business Days
- Outside Kerala: 5–7 Business Days
For prepaid orders below ₹799, shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout.
Express Shipping
Customers may choose Express Shipping during checkout.
Express Shipping Charges:
- Within Kerala: ₹70 — Delivery Time: 2–3 Business Days
- Outside Kerala: ₹90 — Delivery Time: 3–5 Business Days
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Available payment methods may include UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallets, and other secure online payment options.
4. Order Processing Time
- Orders are generally processed, verified, and packed within 1–3 Business Days.
- Processing times may be longer during festivals, holidays, promotional campaigns, or high-order-volume periods.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive shipment confirmation and tracking details via email or SMS.
5. Free Gift with Every Order
The free gift may vary based on product availability, ongoing promotions, or seasonal campaigns.

- Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS after dispatch.
- Customers can track their shipment using the courier partner's tracking system.
7. Shipping Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.
- QDORA shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
8. Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:

- Transportation disruptions
- Courier partner operational issues
- Other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
9. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as successfully delivered by the courier partner, QDORA cannot be held responsible for loss or theft occurring thereafter.
10. Damaged Items During Delivery
If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
To process a claim, customers must provide:
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the packaging
- An unboxing video showing:
- The sealed package before opening
- The damaged product after opening
