At QDORA, we ensure every jewellery and fashion item is carefully crafted, packed, and delivered with love. However, if your item is damaged during shipping, we are happy to assist with a return or replacement.
Conditions for Returns
- Returns are accepted only in case of damage during shipping.
- An unboxing video is mandatory as proof of damage. The video must:
- Show the package in sealed condition before opening.
- Clearly capture the entire unboxing process and the damaged item.
- You must inform us about the damage within 24 hours of delivery.

Please note: QDORA does not offer a pickup service for returns. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

Refund/Replacement
- After inspection, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method, or
- A replacement will be shipped, based on your preference.
Important Notes
- Requests without a sealed unboxing video or received after 24 hours will not be accepted.
- Customised or personalised jewellery are not eligible for return or refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving and verifying the product.
